Group/Organization Facilitation Services – Our facilitation services are designed to maximize group productivity by refocusing Board Member, Officer, Manager, Member and Shareholder energies on efficient pursuit of their combined vision. These services even include assistance during such major corporate changes as takeovers, mergers, divestments, restructures or downsizes. We work with your group to:

• Facilitate dialogue and conduct organizational leadership retreats.

• Break impasse, clear the air, and overcome internal dissension.

• Identify mental, behavioral, emotional and relational/communication-based obstacles to realizing group interests and objectives. 

• Build a conceptual framework with which the group can better function, deal effectively with change, and improve overall performance.
