The Appropriate Dispute Resolution approach to training begins with discussion with the client to decide who should be trained. Then, working with our clients, we develop tailored course materials for the training session. Appropriate Dispute Resolution conducts the training built upon the clients’ needs.
The interactive training programs involve group discussions, small group exercises, individual skills practice, and role plays. The Appropriate Dispute Resolution team trainers present and analyze selected exercises/role plays to illustrate important ideas. Each participant’s training materials include an outline of the materials in a format for easy individual note taking. We design the training sessions as one-time programs or as a series, and as stand-alone sessions or to seamlessly integrate into the client’s existing training programs.
