Mediating claims involving contract, extra-contract, profit-sharing, Intellectual Property/Trade Secrets, Section 17200 and Song-Beverly Act issues.  These claims were amongst and between profit and non-profit companies, parent and subsidiary companies, partnerships, joint venturerers, employers and employees and independent contractors. Many of these disputes involved a specialized need for attention to cross-cultural issues, including nationality, race, gender and generational factors.
